Boniface Mkwasa, the coach of the national women soccer team (Twiga Stars), has asked the Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) to treat his team the same way mens team are being handled.
Mkwasa said Twiga Stars would not impress if TFF would continue discriminating the team.
The coach made the call when the team arrived at the Julius Nyerere International Airport in Dar es Salaam yesterday.
Twiga Stars hit Eritrea 3-2 in an African women qualifying, first leg match in Asmara last Saturday.
He said his Twiga Stars were required to have a number of international friendlies before hosting Eritrea in the return leg match to be played in Dar es Salaam after two weeks.
``We are not safe with the away win. We need to have strong trials which will make us win the return leg match with a larger margin. Eritrea are good, we can not underrate them,`` he said.
``For us to win, we have to stay in a proper camp not a hotel,`` Mkwasa added.
Eritrea will only need a 1-0 win to advance into the next round while any kind of draw will place the home side into the next round.
The teams captain, Sophia Mwasikili, said they would win if TFF would give them enough preparations.
The winner of the match to be played at the National Stadium will play Cameroon in the next stage of the competition.
