TFF dismisses Kaduguda appeal

The Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) has dismissed an appeal lodged by Simba Secretary-General Mwina Kaduguda against his suspension.

TFF�s disciplinary committee imposed a six-month suspension on Kaduguda.

Kaduguda was banned after failing to prove his allegations that the East African Breweries Limited (EABL) gave TFF 40m/- for staging Tusker Challenge Cup in Mwanza early this year.

Kaduguda also refused to take the team to the tournament claiming that TFF was given more money than the competing clubs.

TFF Information Officer Florian Kaijage said yesterday that the disciplinary committee meeting which met over the weekend decided that Kaduguda`s suspension would stand.
