Simba head coach Jamhuri Kihwelo `Julio` has said he will reserve his three key players for their Vodacom Premier League match against their arch-rivals Yanga.
The two soccer giants in the country will meet in the first leg of the Mainland league on October 24 at the Jamhuri Stadium in Morogoro.
He said the key players who had minor injuries would wait to play against Yanga.
According to Jamhuri, players like Haruna Moshi, Joseph Kaniki and Moses Odhiambo will nurse their minor injuries while waiting for the big match.
Jamhuri said through the telephone call that his decision would help the trio recover well.
`Our match against Yanga is always a big match which needs a lot of preparations. Technically this is part of our preparations,` he claimed.
He said he would use the remaining two games to test players who had less experience.
`I will use less experienced players to play the remaining games,` he said.
`The players I have in my team are all the best, they can win the remaining matches without the experienced players,` he claimed.
Simba have remained with two matches before locking horns with Yanga - against Ashanti United on Wednesday and versus JKT Ruvu on October 21.
The Msimbazi Street side have nine points out of seven games. They have won two games, drawn three times and lost twice.
Yanga have 10 points after playing the same number of games. The Jangwani Street team have won three games with no draw.
Prisons of Mbeya are the only team which have not lost a single match or drawn since the league kicked off.
They top the 14-team league on 18 points while Police Moro, who also have not lost, but drew three times, follow them on 11 points.
