RBA launch next week

This year`s Kili RBA league will be launched next week after the Eid El Fitr celebrations.

Basketball Dar es Salaam (BD) director Mbaga Mwambona said yesterday that the kick off date of the championships which will last for three months would be revealed at the launch.

He said the championships would attract 14 men and six women teams.

Mwambona said winners in the men`s category will be awarded 3.4m/- while 2m/- will go to winners of women`s teams.
JKT Ruvu are defending champions in both categories.
