Miss Tanzania 2007, Richa Adhia
THE Tanzania Investment Centre will today host a send-off party for Miss Tanzania 2007 Richa Adhia, ahead of her departure to Sanya, China, to compete in the Miss World beauty contest.
The Chairman of Miss Tanzania Organising Committee, Hashim Lundenga, said the Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Relations, Bernard Membe, will grace the party and hand her the country's flag.
Richa is expected to leave the country on Thursday and will stay in China for one month, making preparations before the show scheduled for December 1.
"Adhia is determined and is confident of lifting the country to a new level in the world contest", Lundenga said.
