The wife of Prime Minister Edward Lowassa, Mama Regina Lowassa, presents a full secretarial stage one certificate to Ms Leah John during the graduation ceremony of the Msimbazi Vocational Training Centre in Dar es salaam. Mama Lowassa challenged the 246 students who have graduated from the centre to be innovative to boost production at work places by applying their newly aquired skills to the maximum.
