
The Tanzania Golf Union (TGU) has picked six golfers to represent the country in the East Africa Challenge Cup set to tee off from November 11 in Bujumbura, Burundi.
Team`s coach Charles Farrar said yesterday that the team would leave for Burundi next Wednesday.
The golfers are Rodrick John, Geoffrey Leverian, Hassan Kadio, Godfrey Mfungilwege, Musa Mashamba and Sebastian Mtupili.
Other competitors will come from Rwanda, Kenya, Uganda and hosts Burundi.
``We have prepared well to win the regional title,`` Farrar said.
