Simba to amend their constitution

Simba chairman Hassan Dalali has said the leadarship would meet with the club`s members to discuss changes required in their constitution.

Dalali said they have been ordered by the Ilala District Assistant Sports Registrar, Penina Maduhu, to amend the constitution because it seems to be outdated.

He said Maduhu also urged them to form a club senior committee as directed in the constitution.

However, Dalali said after finishing up with the constitution, they would start issuing cards to the club`s new members.

Last week, the club`s members held a meeting and suspended six officials over misusing of funds, but the Ilala District sport committee refused to approve the suspension, saying the meeting was against the constitution.
