Gretna move for striker Makinwa

Gretna will hope Makinwa can improve their scoring record

Gretna have signed 30-year-old Nigerian striker Henry Makinwa until the end of the season.
A free agent, Makinwa has played for Spanish side Rayo Vallecano and Portuguese outfit Vitoria Setubal.

Gretna manager David Irons said: "Henry is an experienced striker who has got a good pedigree. He has played at a high level throughout Europe.

"He holds the ball up well and has a good touch. He will bring more players into the game."

Makinwa is awaiting international clearance and may not be available for Saturday's game with Hibernian.
