Village life
This is one of five photo journals published as part of the TZNEWS' Future Family week, exploring the changing nature of family life.
Sherifa Abdel Salam, is 30 years old. She lives with her husband and three daughters in El Saba Abar - the Seven Wells - a village near the city of Ismailia, in north-eastern Egypt.
She is a science teacher at a primary school in the village.
Sherifa rarely leaves the area around Ismailia. She goes to Cairo once a year to visit her brothers.
