Darrell Hair has dropped his claim of racial discrimation against the International Cricket Council over his suspension from the elite umpires list.
Hair was dropped from the ICC list after the 2006 Oval Test between England and Pakistan was abandoned over ball-tampering allegations.
Morgan took the ICC to an employment tribunal claiming racial discrimination because co-umpire Billy Doctrove was not also dropped.
